2.2 When you order or enquire about our products we need to know: Your name, E-mail Address, billing and delivery address, telephone number and information about your company and current position( in cases of delivery to your working place)
2.3 In addition, upon ordering, your credit/ debit card number and expiry date will be required. If you have ordered products for a third party we will need to know their delivery address. We gather this information to allow us to process your registration and process any orders you may make.
2.4 The relevant information is then used by us, our agents and sub-contractors to organise delivery, provide you with statements of your account and to communicate with you on any matter relating to the conduct of your account and the provision of our service.
2.5 We also keep a record of any emails you send us so that we can provide you with an excellent standard of customer care should you need to contact us at any time.
